Family Membership FeesFees are paid online during step 2 of the registration process below. Early registration receives the lowest rate. April 1 – May 1 $75 Early bird May 2 – July 2 $100 Standard July 3 – December $125 Late registration
Important: The registration fee is non-refundable. Please review the legal liability waiver on the membership registration form before completing your application.
Steps to Join DCHE1
Read the Statement of Faith
Review the DCHE Statement of Faith to confirm alignment with our Christ-centered mission.

Complete the membership application
Fill out the membership application and pay your family membership fee.

Register your child(ren) for classes or field trips
Enroll your students in classes or field trips and pay any class registration fees. Use the 2026–2027 weekly schedule to plan your family's selections. Class registration fees and the membership registration fee are non-refundable.

Acknowledge the volunteer commitment
Agree to the following statement: "I understand that volunteerism is mandatory to maintain membership."

Join the DCHE GroupMe
Request to join the DCHE GroupMe to receive community announcements and stay connected.

Comply with the Safe Sanctuary Policy
Review and comply with the DCHE Safe Sanctuary policy to help us maintain a safe environment for all children and youth.

Class Enrollment Process1
Create your parent account
Each family must have a primary parent account. Use the Register link in the upper-right corner of dcheeducators.org.

Verify your account
Fill in your information using any username and password that is easy for you to remember. After you submit the form, you will receive an authentication email to verify your account with DeKalb Christian Home Educators.

Add your student(s)
Once verified, click My Account (upper right), open your user profile, then select My Students → Add a student.

Browse and enroll in courses
Browse available courses. For each course you'd like to join, click Enroll to add it to your shopping cart.

Assign students at checkout
At checkout, select which student is enrolling in each course.

Complete payment
You will be sent to PayPal to pay the registration fee. You do not need a PayPal account — PayPal can process debit card, credit card, or PayPal payment.
